These immune boosting juicing recipes will help you whether you:

They’ll also help you become stronger if you just want to become bulletproof!

How To Boost Your Immune System with Juice
Vitamin C - fortifies the immune system.
Found in: Kale, Red Pepper, Collard Greens.
Bioflavonoids - boosts the effectiveness of Vitamin C.
Found in: Tomato, Cabbage, Sweet Pepper.
Beta-carotene - like Vitamin C, it strengthens the immune system.
Found in: Carrot, dark green leafs (Kale, Spinach).
(Do you juice lots of dark green leafs? These juicers release more than twice as much juice from leafy greens, saving you money daily.)
Zinc - increases production of white blood cells, the infection fighting cells.
Found in: Spinach, Seaweed.

Electrolytes - Potassium and Sodium. Necessary for maintaining your body’s fluid balance, and in energy and efficiency.
Found in: Celery, Carrot and Swiss Chard.
Antivirals and Antibiotics - used by the body to treat viral and bacterial infections.

Be at your peak everyday with:
- 1 Beet
- 1 Apple
- 2 Sticks Celery
- 1 Handful Kale
- 1 Handful Spinach
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Carrots
- 1″ Ginger
- 1/2 Lemon
Infection Busting Smoothie
- 1 Handful Blueberries
- 1 Handful Blackcurrants
- 2 Carrots (requires high powered blender like these)
- 1″ Ginger
- 1 Apple
- 3 Sticks Celery
- 2 Handfuls Kale
- 1 Clove Garlic
